The HE403C-GR Elite is our new green reticle, solar version of the extremely popular HS403C red-dot. It features a crisp green 2MOA dot. Our highly efficient light emitting diodes and solar cells allow Holosun solar optics to run without a battery in many lighting conditions. Additionally, the CR2032 battery lasts up to 5-years. The HE403C-GR Elite is compatible with industry standard mounting solutions.
HE403C-GR is a solar and battery powered 20mm micro sight designed for rifle and carbine applications. HE403C-GR features Holosunโs Green Super LED with 50k hour battery life, 10 daylight and 2 night vision compatible reticle intensity settings. Its housing is made from 6061 aluminum and includes both a lower 1/3 co-witness mount (1.63โ) and a low mount (.75โ) for low-comb height rifle applications.
HE403C-GR is unique in that it is always on and ready. If there is ambient light available it will power the HE403C-GR even without a battery. Additional features include Shake Awake technology, digital buttons for setting changes, rubber lens covers, and a side-mounted battery tray for the 2032 battery. HE403C-GR is a versatile sight for users of all levels.

Solar Failsafe
Solar Failsafe Technology is one of many innovations featured on solar-equipped Holosun optics. With Solar Failsafe, if your battery fails you always have a backup power source when natural or artificial light is available. Solar Failsafe is activated while in Auto Mode where reticle intensity is automatically adjusted based on the amount of light the solar cell receives. In brighter conditions you have a brighter reticle and in lower-light conditions the reticle will step down in intensity to match any lighting conditions. On models equipped with a super capacitor, it is possible to run the optic, indefinitely, in daytime and night conditions, by maintaining a charge through the Solar Failsafe System all without a battery.
